--Open file and print on 8.5 x 11 size paper of your choice.

--Print as many copies as you need. NO ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED

--Copy paper, glossy brochure paper or sticker paper can be used (waterproof recommended, but not required), to print on.

--For best results, use full sticker sheet paper

--The labels can be printed at your local printing store (Staples, Office Max, Kinkos, etc.) or printed at home.

--Cut each label using scissors or paper cutter.

--Remove the current label on sports bottle and wrap new label on bottle.

--If not using sticker paper, double sided tape or glue dots can be used to close label.
