Pick Your Team Colors and the package will be personalized with Your Child's Name or Team Name and Age or Jersey Number. If you want generic basketball colors, I offer the package with chalkboard background and orange stripes.

This Package Includes:
Water OR Gatorade Wraps (Water is default so please specify if you want Gatorade size)
2 5x7 Signs - "Autographs for the Birthday BOY or GIRL" - please specify Boy or Girl!
"Name/Age" Can also be the Team Name with a list of player names
3 inch circles Personalized with name/age - file cannot be printed on precut labels, I recommend
using a 3 inch circle punch or hand cut. Can be printed on full page sticker paper or
white card stock
----2 INCH CIRCLES CAN ALSO BE SUBSTITUTED UPON REQUEST----
Favor Tags - Tags measure approximately 2x3 inches once cut. 9 tags print per page

The PDF file will be emailed to you within 3 business days after purchase. I recommend printing on white card stock. Printing can be done at home or at a print center such as Staples or Office Depot.
