A PDF file will be emailed to you within 3 business days.

You can get a 5x7 or 8x10 sign and a page of 2 - 5x7 cards to print as many as you need.
Make sure to include your child's name when you order.

This is a PDF printable file and will be emailed to you to print and cut yourself. I recommend printing PDFs at office max, fed ex, staples, ups store etc. i have had best quality results printing on 100# glossy cover stock but card stock is also a great option.

If your print center does not accept password protected files follow these steps:
1. Download the file
2. Open the file in preview
3. Select FILE -> EXPORT AS PDF
or Select FILE -> PRINT -> PDF -> SAVE AS PDF
4. Upload this file to print center website.
