Packaging:
1) Backdrops are rolled up tightly in a cylinder or box. 2) IF Creases or wrinkles appears place the banner—print side down—on a flat surface. Heat the non-printed surface with a hair dryer or steam iron at a low temperature until the wrinkles come out. We advise avoid using a hot iron.

3. Add the item(s) to your cart and complete purchase. Make sure to include correct SHIPPING ADDRESS (No P.O Box deliveries) and EMAIL ADDRESS ( Art proof file will be sent within 2-3 biz days from purchase).
4. PROOF & REVISE You'll receive a proof file of your design after purchase within 2-3 business days (M-F). You can then either approve or request revisions to the design. Please be aware of the proof files we send via message or email. *Please approve your proof or resubmit your order with specific changes as soon as possible after receiving it or this will delay the process.
