Balloon Information:

* Balloons ship flat/deflated.

* Inflate with helium or air.

* Home helium tanks are not recommended due to the low ratio of helium to air.

* All balloons made in the USA, far superior quality to balloons made outside of the USA.

* Plastic white sticks are available, as shown in photo #3 above. One set of sticks includes 8 12" sticks, which can be taped together to make it higher for larger size balloons. You can also use dowels or other long items instead of sticks. These are an optional addition from the orders drop down. Cups are not included with the sticks. Use styrofoam or something else to put the bottom end of the stick into.

* Do not leave balloons with children or pets who are unsupervised due to choking and suffocation hazard.

At Party Surprise we take pride in the quality of our products. We take the time to thoroughly inspect every jumbo balloon we ship. Each balloon is individually inspected for color, size, pinholes, and any other defects, as well as going through an air test in order to ensure that you will receive a perfect balloon.
Balloons are shipped flat and are non-refundable.

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Go to the drop down in the order box, click the number of balloons, and/or balloons with nets you would like.
2. Add to your cart.
3. Optional addition to add white sticks as described above in balloon information, and shown in photo 3 above.
4. Repeat to order additional items.
5. In the Personalization box, please let me know how many of each color balloon you would like. Please use the exact words that are on the balloons, not just "blue." Also add the date of your event to help me with shipping estimate date.
6. If there is any issue with your order, I will contact you. Please be sure to check your messages.
