Use these beautiful decorations to surprise your guests with the most beautiful layout they have ever seen. They give you a full effect of a huge background and come with everything you need to create the most amazing look.

This Twinkle Twinkle Little Star Balloon Garland is 16 feet long and can be manipulated to create different looks. The kit includes:

- 50pc 10" white latex balloons
- 10pc 12" white latex balloons
- 20pcs 5" white latex balloons
- 3pcs 5" gold star foil balloons
- 2pcs 10" gold star foil balloons
- 2pcs 18" gold star foil balloons
- 1pc 28" gold moon foil balloons
- 1pc 16ft balloon tape strip
- 1pcs balloon dot glue (100pcs/stripe)

The Balloons come deflated and include a handheld air pump that you can use to inflate all the balloons. We have also included a balloon tie tool that will keep your fingers safe and wont cause fatigue. All of this is a BONUS for free, included with the kit!

You do not need to use special helium as these balloons are better with just regular air. The Garland takes anywhere between 1 to 3 hours to assemble so we suggest that you prepare in advance.

You can inflate the balloons a day before the party because they are such high quality that they will keep their shape.
