WHAT IS INCLUDED?
* 1 Set of four-attached balloon bases. Each base of four joined balloon is inflated with air through provided straws. Valve self-closing. Will measure about 17"L x 17"W upon full inflation. Will measure about 24" High. Each set of four attached has a hole in the center, making it easy to put onto a rod, or simply run a long balloon through it to tie together.
* 2 long balloons which may be used to tie the four sets of flats together. This same balloon can attach the topper as well.
* 1 balloon weight
* Easy directions including video
* Options include to include a 17" or 18" mylar foil balloon as the topper. Select from balloons shown above in photos 1 & 2 and charts photos 6 & 7. Leave message in Personalization box which balloon you want.
* Options also include bubble balloons shown photos 4 & 5. Bubbles range in size from 16"-22", other than the bubbles in the chart #4
& #5 in chart photo 4 with the heads of Mickey or Minnie, these two bubble balloons are double balloons, and measure 24".
* All mylar and bubbles may be inflated with air or helium, though for this listing it is best to use air except for the bubbles #4 & #5, in chart photo 4 above, which should be helium filled. These are the Mickey and Minnie double balloons 24".

BALLOON INFORMATION:
* Inflate base of fours with air, do not use helium.
* Mylar foil balloons 17" and 18" chart in photo 6 & 7 may be filled with air or helium. but air is preferred for these centerpieces.
* Home helium tanks are not recommended due to the low ratio of helium to air.
* Bubble balloons can be inflated with helium or air, and if kept in proper conditions, may last for weeks. Instructions are included with package. These are made of stretchy plastic and become round as a basket ball. Do not open the packet until ready to inflate or it will dry out.
* All balloons ship flat/deflated.
**All balloons made in the USA, far superior quality to balloons made outside of the USA.
* Do not leave balloons with children or pets who are unsupervised due to choking and suffocation hazard.

* In Personalization box, please fill in your date of event. If there is an issue with your order, I will contact you here on Etsy, so please check your messages. The date will not be on your balloons, it is just so I can see if your order will make it in time.
Please insert number of 17" or 18" balloon that you want, from charts photos 6 & 7. IF you are selecting a bubble balloon from chart in photo #4, please leave the number of the balloon.
Make sure to match the package you order with the balloon chart you order from. If you order a balloon from the wrong chart, your order will be delayed or canceled.

* 1 four pack of four air inflate base balloons, mylar foil, 17"x17", choice of pink or blue.
* 2 long balloons to tie base and topper balloon together. Do not inflate the long balloons.
* 1 topper bubble double balloon 24" stretchy plastic from chart in photo 4, choice of Mickey or Minnie. Outside balloon is a plastic stretchy bubble, the head is mylar foil. It is recommended to have a party supply shop inflate this for you. Inflate the head with helium, and the outer clear with helium or air.
