The smooth plastic, spiral construction helps to prevent tangling and consequently prevents hair breakage when you remove them. Phone cord hair ties are non-absorbent, so they can be worn while swimming or bathing, and they can be removed from wet hair much more easily than a traditional ponytail holder. Also, because they do not absorb fluids, hair coils are more hygienic than fabric wrapped rubber bands.

**HOW DO I ORDER?**
Choose the listing you want and add it into your cart. Put the event month and day you need it by. This is for the shop to know we can reach it to you in time. During check out, put the color you’d like along with any other information for the shop in the NOTES TO SELLER section. Choose the shipping speed you’d like. We currently offer (for US only) standard first class 2-5 day shipping, 1-3 day priority mail shipping or 1-2 day express shipping. We only offer standard shipping for international orders. Standard first class shipping and 1-3 day priority mail shipping is not guaranteed to be delivered in the said time frames per the USPS. Generally they are always delivered in the said time frames but on occasion it may take a day longer. The only guaranteed deliver by date is the 1-2 day express shipping. This is all per the USPS, not Itsy Bitsy Paper Cuts. It is best to order your items at least 10 days prior to your event. If your event is less than 10 days away, contact the shop and we can see how fast we can get your items to you.

**FOR CAKE TOPPERS & CUPCAKE TOPPERS ONLY **
All cake toppers are made in a standard 6x6 inch size. They look best on a 8-9in round cake. Larger sizes are available at an additional cost. All toppers are made with premium, thick glitter card stock. It is important that you handle them with care. They are sturdy enough to use more than once or kept as a keepsake as long as they are handled gently. All cake toppers are glitter on the front side and plain white on the back side. Cake toppers are secured to a white lollipop stick. All cupcake toppers vary in size depending on the product. Generally they are around 2-2.5 inches in size and fit best on standard size cupcakes. For accurate sizing, please see the above description. All cupcake toppers are secured to either white lollipop sticks or natural wooden toothpicks (both food safe).

**TURN AROUND TIME**
Currently, it takes 5-7 business days before items ship. Once they are shipped, please allow 2-5 business days for US shipments and 10-14 business days for international shipments. We offer faster shipping options located during check out. This will ONLY speed up the shipping, not the turn around time to make your order. If you need your order quickly, we do offer a rush fee. It is the cost of your item PLUS $20. That $20 includes a 24 hour turn around time and upgraded 1-3 day priority mail shipping. If you are interested in the $20 rush turn around, please message the shop for a special listing.

Larger orders including party packs or multiple items can take 2+ weeks unless otherwise specified. Message me and I'll do everything I can to get your order assembled and sent out by your event date.

**RETURNS & REFUNDS**
At this time, we cannot accept returns and refunds on custom items unless it is due to being lost in the mail.
