All items are shipped priority through the United States Postal Service with tracking and insurance. I require all packages to also have delivery confirmation, this is included in the shipping price and is for your protection and ours. I am not responsible if the package is returned to me by the post office. You will have to pay for the shipping again. No refunds will be given.
We are not responsible for packages damaged. Please file claim with USPS if this occurs. I will assist you in every way if this happens. I package items very well. Please open boxes carefully.
