~String is NOT INCLUDED.

~Balloons ship flat and deflated. A straw is included for inflation. Please follow the instructions included with each letter/number.

~Each balloon has tabs to be strung as a banner with provided twine or simply taped to your place of choice.

~If you wish to conceal balloon tails, simply use a piece of tape.

~Balloons should not be overfilled as they may pop.
