Our BABY balloon banner and tassel garland kit will make the perfect addition to your party and special event decor. Use it as a backdrop or in front of a dessert bar it will be sure to add that special touch!

The self-sealing balloons will arrive uninflated and can then be easily inflated using the enclosed straw. The balloons have tabs so they can be easily strung together using the gold twine and the opening can easily be taped behind the balloon to conceal.
