My tags are 5inches, made from layers of felt with a rainbow star fabric on the front. Embroidered on baby blue felt, backed in felt and finished off with an elastic hanging tag so that you can wrap and attach to a handle but hooping the tag through the elastic.

Great for a baby show gift or a new baby in the family to add to their new baby gifts.

Made very similar to my birthday badges.
