These turquoise blue, sky blue, aquamarine tissue and gold tassels look fantastic together. Each tassel is fluffy and thick and gorgeous. I don't skimp on the material here. . . each tassel is made from one whole sheet of tissue paper so they are absolutely perfect.
I take great care in making each and every garland. Each tassel is carefully wrapped in gold washi tape for an extra fancy touch. This garland comes ready to hang right out of the box. It is not a kit and no assembly is required.
