Print and cut out the valentine. Then cut a small slit with an xacto blade where the circle graphic meets the blue ribbon (see listing photos and video for more details). Slide a cookie treat in place and secure on the back with tape. Then attach the "#1 Sweetest Friend" circle label to the center of the cookie with double sided tape.
