This beautiful tassel garland comes fully assembled with either 10, 20, or 28 Fall colored tassels.
I used burgundy, tan, green, rose gold, and brown to create this gorgeous Fall decoration.
Each tassel is tied to sturdy, natural cotton twine so you can hang it at a deep swoop or from a balloon without the tassels slipping. It comes ready to hang right out of the box. It is not a kit and no assembly is required.
