I recommend printing PDFs at office max, fed ex, staples, ups store etc. I have had best quality results printing on 100# glossy cover stock but card stock is also a great option.
If your print center does not accept password protected files follow these steps:
1. Download the file
2. Open the file in preview
3. Select FILE -> EXPORT AS PDF
or Select FILE -> PRINT -> PDF -> SAVE AS PDF
4. Upload this file to print center website.
