This listing is to add a matching folded or flat thank you card to any invitation in our shop. It includes one thank you card digital file designed and customized for you or final printed folded or flat thank you cards shipped to you. A photo may be included as part of the design. This listing must be purchased in conjunction with one of our invitation designs or purchased AFTER we have completed your final invitations.

► HOW IT WORKS
--------------------------------------------------

1. Select the Printable or Printed quantity you want along with the Size and Style (Flat vs. Folded) option. If we are printing these cards for you, make sure to indicate the card stock preference. (see "Printed Thank You Cards" below)

2. Provide all your custom text information through either the "Personalization" field on this page or the "Note to Seller" section at checkout. Specify the file format you will need if it is a printable file (jpg or pdf). If you are adding a photo, please see the "PHOTOGRAPHS" section below.

3. After we have received payment and your information, your order will be put into production. A low resolution, watermarked proof will be sent within 3 business days via Etsy conversation unless you indicate otherwise. This time frame may be subject to change.

► DESIGN FEES FOR REVISIONS

One round of revisions is included free of charge if needed. Additional rounds of revisions will incur a fee of $8 per round.

► DIY PRINTABLE FILE

When you receive the proof, please review it thoroughly for any errors and/or misspellings. When everything is verified as correct, reply back to confirm which final file type you prefer for your customized digital printable. Once you have approved the final proof and indicated the file type you prefer, we will send your finalized digital printable file(s) within two business days via the email associated with your Etsy account unless you indicate otherwise. Please note that this time frame is subject to change.

► PRINTED THANK YOU CARDS

Select quantity and paper choice from the menu. In the "Personalization" or "Notes to Seller" section, please indicate if you want a folded or flat thank you card. We suggest getting a few extra cards if you are sending a large amount in case of mailing problems, last minute additions, etc. Our suggested overage amount is 5%.

PAPER CHOICES FOR PRINTED INVITATIONS
• Uncoated White Smooth - A 110# bright white paper with a smooth surface.
• White Linen - A 100# pure white cover with a subtle embossed linen patterned surface.
• Natural Linen - A 100# cream cover with a subtle embossed linen patterned surface.
• Uncoated Cream Smooth - A 110# cream-colored paper with a smooth surface.

Uncoated white smooth cover invitations include blank 70# text white A7 envelopes
Uncoated cream smooth cover invitations include blank 70# text cream A7 envelopes
White Linen invitations include matching blank pure white linen 70# text A7 envelopes
Natural Linen invitations include matching blank cream-colored 70# text A7 envelopes
(Note: all envelopes are blank and at this time we are not able to print return addresses on envelopes)

We can upgrade your printed invitations to a slightly more unique card stock: 105# white metallic cover stock or 100# cream felt weave cover stock (both with envelopes) for a slight extra charge: http://www.etsy.com/starstreamdesign/listing/189867801/

Our folded and flat cards come in three size options from which to choose:
• 5" x 7" (or A7 standard, horizontal or vertical), flat size for folded cards: 10"x7"
• 4.25" x 5.5" (or A2 standard, horizontal or vertical), flat size for folded cards: 8"x5.5"
• 5"x3.5" (or A1 standard, horizontal or vertical), flat size for folded cards: 5"x7"

► SHIPPING

Once you have approved the final proof as stated above, we will start printing your job. As each card is hand-cut to guarantee perfection and attention to detail, no refunds will be given for any typos or information errors found AFTER we receive your approval and have begun the printing process. Please allow anywhere from 7-10 business days for your cards to be produced and shipped. We offer shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Please contact us for shipping rates if you are in Alaska or Hawaii. These states may also require extra shipping time. Star Stream Design is not responsible for damage or delay due to delivery. You will need to resolve any damage or delay upon delivery with the shipping carrier.

► DIGITAL FILE AND IMAGE

Every monitor and printer is calibrated differently and may result in slight variations from what appears on the screen. Paper color and stock may also affect the final printed color.

Selling, reproduction, and/or redistributing designs by Star Stream Design is strictly prohibited. Printed invitations and cards delivered to you may not be reproduced and/or copied.
