The size options have the following approx. number of guests that can be written on them
12x18 inches - approx. upto 60 guests
16x20 inches - approx. upto 80 guests
18x24 inches - approx. upto 100 guests
20x30 inches - approx. upto 150 guests
24x36 inches - approx. upto 200 guest

* The seating chart will be a blank chart that matches the theme of choice with fill-able spaces that you can input the table and names of your guests. No special design is included in this listing, like special cuts or shapes, this will only be in a rectangular (VERTICAL) layout in the sizes above.

*You will receive 1 printable page containing the chart. You may choose any (1) existing party theme in my shop. NO proofs or drafts will be sent to you beforehand.

*This is a blank sign that is fill-able using ADOBE ACROBAT READER. Free download at www.get.adobe.com/reader then update editable text fields and save (Your names, wedding date, etc. on the chart.

**Please note that any purchase in my shop including this listing does NOT include any fonts. Some fonts used are free to download and some fonts used are purchased by Pink Paper Trail and are not available for distribution. If you have previously purchased the invitation or do not wish to purchase you may just send me the link of the invitation theme of your choice to be used with your order. Send me the link in the "Message to the Seller" portion when checking out.

IF there is an existing seating chart in the same theme of your choice and have already made your purchase, you will receive the existing design, it will be emailed to you. Convo me for custom made design and orders before making any purchases.

Printing:
It is best to use a bright white cardstock when printing, use non-coated and non-glossy.

Note:
Due to different monitor and printer calibration and settings, what you see on your screen may not be the same as the ones you will able to print, there will always be a slight variation or difference in the colors. It is advised to do test prints first before printing and you may need to adjust your printer settings quality to be able to produce your desired output. The gold and glitter effects (for selected invitations and other printable items) are digital effects only and would appear close to what you see on your monitor, to achieve an actual gold or silver or glitter effect you would need to have them printed at special commercial printers that can do the effect.
