New USPS insurance rates went into effect January 21, 2018.

★ ★ ★ All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail Parcel (3-7 days typical delivery) OR via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days typical delivery) with USPS Tracking™. International shipping is not available at this time through AmySueCrafts.

★ ★ ★ All shipped packages include USPS Tracking™ (and a tracking number).

➽ USPS First Class Mail Parcels do *not* include any insurance. However, USPS Priority Mail also *includes* $100 of insurance in the price.

Customer satisfaction is one of my primary goals, but please understand that AmySueCrafts is not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of USPS. I do not work for USPS or have any control over how USPS handles packages. Packages lost or damaged by USPS are not the responsibility of AmySueCrafts.

Once a package is picked up by USPS and leaves my hands, AmySueCrafts is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, undelivered packages, or damaged packages. Lost, damaged, undelivered, or returned packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer, not AmySueCrafts. If you do not purchase insurance and your package is lost, damaged, or not delivered by USPS, AmySueCrafts is not liable and cannot provide a refund. Lost/damaged/undelivered packages that are not insured are also not reimbursable via USPS, even if they have USPS Tracking™.

*****Even though packages being shipped via USPS Priority Mail already includes a base insurance amount of $100, if your package value exceeds $100, you still need to select an insurance amount equal to the TOTAL COVERAGE you need. For example, if your Priority Mail package is valued at $145.00, you would still need to select "100.01 up to 200.00" from the drop-down menu (and NOT "$0.01 up to $50.00").

To add insurance coverage (or to insure a Priority Mail package for more than $100.00), please choose one of the options from the drop-down menu above that represents the TOTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE you desire (whether or not your package is shipping via Priority Mail):
► Insurance coverage of $0.01 up to $50.00
► Insurance coverage of $50.01 up to $100.00
► Insurance coverage of $100.01 up to $200.00
► Insurance coverage of $200.01 up to $300.00
