This listing is to request that we personalize your instant download editable invitation design for you. This listing is only valid for standard invitation designs. You will receive a completed digital file in your choice of formats (see FORMATS section below) OR customized printed invitations in your choice of quantity. Invitations are two-sided so let us know if you prefer a one-sided version

► HOW TO ORDER:

1) Purchase this listing in addition to the original instant download invitation design.
2) Include all the text with which you want your item customized in the "Personalization" text box or in the "Notes to Seller" section upon purchase. Follow the sample for wording ideas. Incomplete information will cause a delay in receiving your item.
3) Under the "File Format or Print Quantity" drop-down menu, select your digital file format preference if you just want a digital file OR for printing, select the quantity. Then select the cardstock you want from the "Cardstock" menu if you're printing. If you want a digital file emailed, just select "Printable File n/a"
4) Add to cart and purchase. Proceed through the check-out process. You will receive an email from Etsy confirming your order.
5) Once we receive confirmation of payment and complete verbiage, your order will be put into production. One low resolution, watermarked proof is included in the order which will be sent via Etsy conversation within 1-2 business days. This time frame may be subject to change.
6) Once are satisfied with your proof, we ask that you reply with your approval.
7a) FOR DELIVERY OF DIGITAL FILES: Your completed customized file in your choice of file formats will be sent to the email associated with your Etsy account within 2 business days.
The digital options are as follows:
• single image jpg
• single image pdf
• single image tiny png (for evites)
• pdf with two invitations to the page (PDF 2UP)
• pdf with two invites to the page with trim marks and bleed (PDF 2UP Trim/Bleed)

7b) FOR PRINTED ORDERS: Once you approve the final proof as stated above, we will print your job. As each invitation is hand cut to guarantee perfection and attention to detail, no refunds will be given for any typos or information errors found AFTER we receive your approval and have begun printing. Please allow up anywhere from 7-10 business days for completion and delivery. We only offer shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Contact us for shipping rates if you are in Alaska or Hawaii. Printed invitations are not available for shipment outside the US at this time unless shipping costs are agreed upon and paid in advance. Star Stream Design is not responsible for damage or delay due to delivery. Please resolve any damage or delay upon delivery with the shipping carrier. ► IMPORTANT INFORMATION

✔ Invitations are available in the size designated in their original listing. Generally, invitations are 5"x7" (A7) and will include envelopes to fit. Contact us for resizing as it will require an extra fee.
✔ Invites are provided as two-sided designs. If you only need the front side, let us know.

► DIGITAL FILE AND IMAGE

Every monitor and printer is calibrated differently and may result in slight variations from what appears on the screen. Paper color and stock may also affect the final printed color. If something is not an exact color match due to these factors, returns will not be accepted.

All purchased files and designs are available for personal (non-commercial) use only. You will not be able to edit the finished printable file. Selling, reproduction, and/or redistributing designs by Star Stream Design is strictly prohibited. Printed invitations and cards delivered to you may not be reproduced and/or copied.
