2. Download free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/acrobat/pdf-reader.html
3. Open your PDF in Reader, and personalize the editable text fields
4. Make your own changes to text, font, size and color - press command+E(Mac) or control+E(PC) for options
5. Print at home or send it out for printing

➽ You will only be able to edit the PDF in Acrobat Reader DC. For best results, make sure you have the latest version, and open the PDF through Acrobat, rather than double clicking on the file to open.

➽ Print on plain white 8.5x11” card stock - 65lb or higher.
