Made of tissue, the paper fans are easy to make and come with professionally printed shaped cut-outs that will make your special event look festive and coordinated. Simply peel off the film on the double-sided tape. Then open the fan and bring the ends together. Adhere a 70’s Disco printed cut-out to the center of the fan using two assembly stickers. Do the same on the other side before moving on to the rest of the fans. And voila! Your paper fans are now ready to be used as wall art or a photo backdrop to complete your party decor.
