Celebrate being 4 with this fun balloon package!

Featuring a round mylar foil balloon, which inflates with helium or air** to 18".
Add polka dot balloons, made of latex by Qualatex, inflate with air or helium to 11". Shown in photo #1 are yellow and lilac. Photo #3 above is the polka dot color chart, if you would like to switch to other colors, leave me a message in the NOTES section when ordering.

**REUSABLE!! Please note - if you don't need the mylar balloons to float and are fine with air-filled, you can inflate the mylar foil with air through a straw. If the balloon is kept in good condition, insert the straw again, and gently remove the air, then fold the balloon and use for your next party!
