2 Copy and paste the following items in the "note" section of your order (or through an Etsy message to me), filling in the details under each category:

- CHILD'S NAME

- AGE

- DATE BORN/WEIGHT & LENGTH at BIRTH

- WEIGHT & HEIGHT NOW

- AMOUNT OF TEETH (this does not have to be included)

- I LOVE: up to 6 items

- I AM: up to 6 items

- NICKNAMES: up to 4 items

- I CAN: up to 6 items

- FAVE FOODS: up to 6 items

- THREE ADD'L CATEGORIES: up to 4 items each (example options would be "i can say", "fave movies", "fave books", "fave songs", etc...)

- EVENT DATE (for my reference)

- COLOR (ONLY if "Other" was selected for color)

{T U R N A R O U N D }
An initial proof will be sent within 1-2 business days upon receiving order. Once your proof has been approved a link to your full res files will be sent to you in jpg & PDF form. Any corrections sent on Friday may not be made until the following Monday. Printable files will be emailed within 24 hours (business days) of final proof being approved.
