About Just Cakes by Renee

Renee Woodard is a 2008 graduate of Ridge View High School. She recently graduated from The University of South Carolina where she received her degree in Hotel, Restaurant, Tourism Management. She fell in love with the cooking industry at a young age of four, where she would gaze at the food network channel, watching food challenges and try to follow recipes. She started Just Cakes by Renee in early May of 2009 where her passion grew for baking after completing several cake decorating classes. She has been in a contest judged by world-famous Duff Goldmen of Ace-of-Cakes where she won most professional. After undergraduate school she hopes to get her teaching certification. Her ultimate dream is to open up her own bakery where she can share her love for cakes with others. Whether it be a wedding cake or a cake that says Just Thinking of You. She wants to share her passion for baking with every bite you take
