Confetti Dust Studio is a small event planning business that design, organise, plan, host and entertain children parties and events. The business was started in 2012 by Twyla Richardson- Thomas & Latoya Scarbro who were close from childhood, both graduating from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Global Tourism Management respectively.
