About AJ Food Creations

We're a husband and wife team of culinary and pastry backgrounds. AJ is short for Althea Jayhan; our daughter, our pride and joy --- now that's where our name came from --- AJ Food Creations.

It all started with another business dream; but as fate would allow it, we cannot afford the rent for a start-up. We’ve changed course into another one of our passions, which is baking and cake decorating; and so AJ Food Creations was born in our humble abode in Transville, Oroquieta City. Starting with a small of team of 2, we received most orders online. Up to now, most of our clients have trusted in our services, whilst communicating over the Internet, while they are abroad or out of town. We have served over 60% of orders online via our Facebook page.

In a short span of time, we have diversified our service offerings; ranging not only from custom cakes, also to pastries, dessert tables, catering services, and managing events. We have EMS-NCIII certified associates who can help you plan your next event or party for you.

Our work is unending. We are relentless in our pursuit for quality products and services and in serving our clients. It’s more than just passion and dedication.
