I got home late last night from the BASH Conference in Phoenix. It was so much fun connecting with old friends and meeting new ones.

I think the best thing about the conference is the collaborative spirit. It's all about women helping women grow their businesses and themselves. Michelle Burt, who is the mastermind behind the event, does an incredible job of putting it on and setting the playful, fun, positive tone.

I recommend you attend the conference next year if you haven't already been! I'll see you there!
