The collection includes: invitations, menus, party circles, drink flags, favor tags, blank place cards, filled-in food labels, water bottle labels, "I'm thankful for..." cards, wine bottle labels, and patterned paper. Phew, that's a lot!!

Have you heard of festooning? It's one of my new favorite party craft decorations. I first learned about it when I saw this photo on Jen Smith's Jilly Bean Kids Facebook page.

In case you don't know, festooning is crepe paper fringed garlands that comes in 25' rolls in all these colors.

I saw this ruffle garland in the photos of Leslie I's 60th Birthday Tradtional Tea Party and I fell in love. I'm always drawn to things that are a little unfinished or rough around the edges and that's what drew me to this garland.
