Thank you Tide for partnering with me on this post, where I get to share my fall and winter last minute party tips.
Now that the end of the year is approaching, it's the start of party season! I love this time of year because I get to celebrate with all my friends and family.
If you're thinking of throwing a party now, I promise, it doesn't have to be stressful. Take a look at how I put this one together for a group of moms in less than a day!
Fall and Winter Last Minute Party TipsThe first thing I did was prep my house. When the weather turns cold, and we're all indoors, germs are something I worry about. So I was happy to have Tide Antibacterial Fabric Spray on hand.
From the experts who understand how to clean and protect fabrics most, NEW Tide Antibacterial Fabric Spray kills 99.9% of bacteria on tough-to-clean fabrics and clothes. ($2 OFF COUPON)
I sprayed Tide Antibacterial Spray on my table linens to freshen them up and kill any lingering germs. For items I can't put in the wash, Tide Antibacterial Fabric spray is a quick and easy solution.
I also sprayed it on my couch, fluffy pillows, table runner, ottoman, and carpet.
All I do, is spray the Tide Antibacterial Fabric Spray on my fabrics, let them sit for five minutes, and my fabrics are refreshed and clean. I love that there's no need to wipe or wash away.
I also used Tide Antibacterial Fabric Spray to freshen up my dress, which has been in my closet for a year (and hadn't been dry cleaned after the last time I wore it). Because Tide Antibacterial Fabric Spray eliminates odors, I even sprayed it in my shoes!
Before my guests arrived, I used Tide Antibacterial Fabric Spray in the bathroom. It works on hard surfaces, too. Again, spray and leave for five minutes and your bathroom is disinfected. It even works on mold and mildew.
BONUS TIP: During the party, I freshen up my bathroom with my Tide Antibacterial Fabric Spray.
Now for food, I bought an assortment of colorful cookies from my local grocery store and display them on a white two-tiered serving dish. I always recommend white dishes. They're versatile, inexpensive, and make food pop!
I also recommend one splurge. For this party, it was my red velvet cake which I displayed on a jeweled cake stand.
I served the expected: fruit, cheese, crackers, beer, wine, etc. But I always try to add a fun element. This time, I added a big bowl of fresh popcorn. It was a hit!
I chose easy decorations: roses, pumpkins, and a grouping of flameless candles. I always use flameless because I never have to worry about the candles burning out or my couch catching on fire.
I loved the way my party turned out, and so did my guests! It was a great way for our group of mom friends to catch up, laugh, and bond before the holidays.
And when the party was over, and it was time for cleanup, I took out my Tide Antibacterial Fabric Spray and gave everything a once over spritz. Because it's turning cold, and germs are everywhere, Tide Antibacterial Fabric Spray gives me peace of mind.
And because this was so easy, I now I want to throw another party in the spring for my mom friends!
Also, Tide Antibacterial Fabric Spray is not just great for parties. It can be used on bedding, car seats, couches, backpacks, stuffed animals, scarves, dog beds, towels, bath mats, and more to protect you and your family from germs and bacteria.
Tide antibacterial Fabric Spray is effective against bacteria as called out in registration.
