Taj's Take Flight Vintage Airplane Birthday

For my son's second birthday I wanted to do something vintage and when I saw the airplane cupcake holders from Spaceships and Laserbeams on ETSY I knew I had to go with a TAKE FLIGHT theme!

  the in-flight menu consisted of ham and cheese croissant sandwiches, turkey and cheese ciabatta rolls or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with mini bags of chips served in cardboard to-go containers. There were also brownies, pub pretzel mix, colored sixlets and caramel corn

• What People Drank

  mini sodas: coke, diet coke, fanta and sprite

• Desserts

  Blue velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and chocolate cupcakes with marshmallow frosting

  luggage bags filled with colored sixlets and airplane shaped sugar cookies, glider planes, airplane whistles and miniature toy airplanes.
